The location was perfect, just in the city center and it was possible to walk everywhere. The staff was helpful and gave me directions about what to do and see in the city.

The room was surprisingly big but the furniture was old and together with the carpet gave a weird smell to the room. The breakfast had a lot options but it could have been better. I would stay again in the hotel though.

The hotel's location in this city was excellent since it was within walking distance to shops, restaurants and even tourist sites. The staff was professional, always serving us in a friendly and helpful manner. The cleanliness was remarkable and the breakfast provided was decent.

the size of the room, the helpfulness of staff, the view from 10th floor. shower pressure... all v simple and not luxury but couldn't ask for more. we arrived a day before our reservation and they let us wash up, have breakfast (8am arrival), advised what we could best do and gave us a great room on our return later than night after a day trip

I got very top floor, and the view was good. The room was bigger than as I expected, especialy the bathroom. breakfast was also good, and strong brasilian coffee too.

We really enjoyed our stay at the poa Residence Hotel. We received more than we expected for the money we paid. The location is excelent, very easy access, even though it´s so close to downtown, it´s very residential and calm location. The staff is very friendly and professional.
